How Do I schedule a Tour?

Stop by our office any Monday from noon-4pm or Wednesday between 9am-1pm. OR email us to set up an after-hours appointment. (availability permitting)

Our office does not have a phone line for incoming calls. This is because all communication is recorded for accountability and/or training purposes. Please email us at any time - we are happy to help and will get back to you promptly! 

If you are a current Resident or Applicant, you can text management 24/7 through your Buildium app.

Where is your office located?

1426 N 500 W Logan, UT 84341 (in the clubhouse)

We are open for Walk In hours on:

Mondays: noon-4:00pm

Wednesdays: 9:00am-1:00pm

We are closed on all national holidays

We do take appointments after office hours by request (availability permitting of course) Just contact us!

Do Your Properties Allow Animals or Smoking?

none of our properties allow animals or smoking/vaping. 

Do You Have a Waitlist?

We do! Please email us @ innovationpmlogan@gmail.com to request availability, get added to the waitlist, or just for general inquiries on pricing, amenities, or lease lengths. We are confident we have something you'll love!
